In order to train qualified human resources, OiB has decided to establish to OiB Technical and Vocational High School which commenced operations in 2010 – 2011 Educational Session.

It was awarded by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for its outstanding services award.
It is the first public building and teaching institution to receive a green building certificate.
